境外单身证明样本和**公证认证美国、加拿大、英国、澳洲、新加坡、马来西亚

  由于各国之间是允许别国的人士在当地登记结婚，也就是说在美国领取的结婚证，在中国是承认的，因而别国的人士在中国登记结婚，也是被允许的，境外人士在中国注册登记结婚，为了避免重婚，中国的受理当局就会要求出具该国的单身证明并经过双认证。
境外单身证明的类型：

境外单身证明**公证认证所需资料：
1、该国的单身证明复印件或者原件
2、申请人的护照复印件以及在国外居留身份证明复印件
3、公证认证申请表
4、配偶死亡的提供配偶死亡证明文件复印件
5、离婚证还需要提供离婚证复印件
境外单身证明**公证认证办理步骤：
1、首先把资料准备齐全委托该国当地的公证律师或公证员进行公证
2、其次把公证好之后的文件送往该国的外交部办理认证
3、最后把文件送往中国驻该国**办理认证
